Paintings and demonstrations
All of my portrait work is produced with oil paints onto canvas and using traditional glaze and impasto techniques, gleaned from the approach of geniuses such as Rembrandt and Titian.
CommissionsI take
commissions on a variety of subjects from people to wildlife
. Most of my work is produced to a reasonably large size and it takes between 4 and 12 weeks to complete a picture. Prices available on request.Demonstrations and workshops
A typical
demonstration
sees me complete 2 / 3 paintings in order to show the whole painting process. I always give lots of information about tricks and techniques and ensure that the audience is enthused and entertained.Workshops can help beginners and advanced students and cover portraits, life drawing, still life and oil painting in general
